This Physician Assistant (PA) role is based north of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, offering a unique opportunity to serve a growing patient population while remaining connected to the resources of the broader region.

Clinical Duties - Perform patient histories, physical examinations, and spine-focused assessments
- Order, review, and interpret diagnostic studies (X-ray, MRI, CT, EMG, etc.)
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Provide patient education regarding spine conditions, treatment options, and rehabilitation plans
- Manage conservative therapies (injections, medications, bracing, and therapy referrals)
- Conduct post-operative visits and wound checks
- Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR
Administrative Responsibilities - Communicate with referring providers and care team members
- Participate in quality improvement and clinical research initiatives (as applicable)
- Maintain compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current and active licenses and certifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated conflict management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Operating room experience preferred
