TPMG is seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician (32 hrs/wk) to join our team in Pinole, CA.  

The Pediatric groups at Kaiser Pinole consists of 10 pediatricians dedicated to serving our local community, just a few minutes north of Berkeley and Oakland.

In addition to medical assistants, our staff includes pediatric and lactation RN’s, LVN’s, a Clinical Health Educators and a pediatric social worker.  Collectively, we also work to train and support medical student and resident learners. This career track position also offers potential opportunities for professional growth within our integrated physician-run group.

Within our facility are laboratory, radiology and pharmacy services.  There is ample parking and easy freeway access. 

This 8/10 th ’s position will serve as a urgent care/flex pediatrician.  The schedule consists of at least 3 full days and 2 half-days. Some weekly shifts will occur at the Kaiser Richmond Pediatric office.

The role consists of managing urgent appts, some well checks and associated inbox tasks.  Two units per month of weekend urgent care at Kaiser Richmond Pediatrics is also required.

The role is 100% outpatient with no call duties of any sort.

Requirements:

• Board Certification or Eligibility
• Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA

Full-time annual salary range is $280,020 to $290,040 plus additional potential incentives up to $33,320*.  Salary range listed is based on a full-time schedule. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
