This opening is for a Product Designer who will work on existing products like Concierge and Handoff, while also harnessing the power of Artificial Intelligence with Chili Agents. Role Overview As a Product Designer on the Chili Agents Team, you will shape the user experience of setting up Agents, working closely with Product Managers and developers. You’ll design Agents that simplify everyday tasks, making complex processes intuitive and visually appealing. Key Responsibilities Lead design efforts for Chili Agents, owning end‑to‑end process from concept to final UI. Provide full support to Concierge‑ChiliCal‑Handoff team. Tackle complex enterprise‑level challenges and simplify user experiences. Initiate research and discovery with Head of Research. Contribute innovative ideas for product improvements and new features, prototyping to bring them to life. Maintain high visual standards using and expanding Design System. Define success metrics and work towards achieving them. Stay informed about competitors and target personas.
