Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly tasks on the production line while adhering to quality standards and safety guidelines
• Rotate through various workstations as assigned to maintain production flow
• Handle and manage non-conforming materials by following established procedures
• Immediately report any defects or issues with parts or materials to supervisors
• Conduct seat teardowns and minor rework as required
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained correctly and report any maintenance needs
• Participate in team activities aimed at process improvement and safety enhancements
• Collaborate effectively with coworkers to promote a positive team environment
• Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly
• Keep the workspace and equipment clean and organized
• Exhibit a strong safety mindset and report any unsafe conditions or incidents
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental standards as prescribed by the company

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production deadlines
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
