Job Description

Role Overview:

The Project Manager oversees all aspects of detailing and connection design projects. This role acts as the primary point of contact for the customer and other trades, managing the project from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main liaison between customers, production teams, and other project trades.
• Manage detailing and connection design projects from start to finish.
• Follow and enforce project management processes and company standards.
• Track project milestones and adjust priorities to meet deadlines and maintain client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with other trades affecting detailing and design work.
• Ensure timely and clear flow of information between all stakeholders.
• Handle multiple projects varying in size, complexity, and stage of development.
• Review, process, and explain change orders.
• Participate in collecting payments for assigned projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Proven ability to manage large, complex construction projects.
• Experience reading and interpreting structural and architectural construction documents.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, especially in steel fabrication and erection.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and file management systems.
