What your future day will look like:

• Enter and maintain purchase and manufacturing orders, including updates for pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with vendors to confirm orders and ensure timely shipments
• Track and manage rehandle orders and incoming components for production
• Collaborate with Receiving to resolve discrepancies in order quantities
• Monitor and update shipping details and documentation for all orders
• Support Customer Service and Sales teams with direct shipment orders and sample tracking
• Prepare monthly vendor performance reports
• Maintain clear, consistent communication across departments
• Keep your workspace organized and contribute to a positive team environment

Type: Contract to Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior purchasing administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
