Looking to gain hands-on experience and grow in real estate? Join our fast-paced, high-performing team as a Showing Agent and build a strong foundation for long-term success.

In this role, you’ll assist with property showings, support lead conversion efforts, and gain exposure to the full sales process—all while earning rewarding commissions and learning from top producers.

Compensation:

$140,000 at plan

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
  • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
  • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
  • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
  • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service

Qualifications:
  • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
  • Can spend a large amount of time driving
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • A real estate license is required
  • Sales experience
  • Working Rights in the USA
  • Must live within daily driving distance of the office
