1. Utilize the maintenance management system implemented by client and coordinate all activities within this system.
2. Maintain client's CMMS updated with any applicable data and/or statuses.
3. Review all work requests submitted to his area assigned group and filter all tasks, when applicable, to each subgroup to initiate their prioritization and task scheduling.
4. Once a valid work request is submitted will prioritize, plan, schedule and followup on accuracy of the job plan for all planned (PM, Pdm and corrective) works.
5. Be proactive and optimize workforce productivity and minimize plant downtime by managing work 2 weeks to 1 month in advance.
6. Maintenance Planning: Develop, maintain and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability. This requires use and experience in reliability processes, procedures and methodologies.
7. Failure Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
8. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
9. Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with equipment and process failures.
10. Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve reliability and efficiency through process optimization and innovation by performing assessments on site.
11. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and reliability metrics.
12. Training: Provide training and support to maintenance staff on best practices and reliability-centered maintenance principles.
13. Search for suppliers to perform maintenance and repair activities
14. Responsible member and working force of the LCAM RBAN initiatives to be tracked on the MMS.
15. Create & Maintain Key Performance Indicators Metrics such as PM Compliance, CM/PM Ratio, Mean Time Between Failure, Maintain Equipment Down Time List.
1. Calculate figures such as required amounts of labor and KPIs
2. Develop Metrics for: Facilities Area, Site Services Department (Dashboard), Weekly Facilities Metrics.
3. Contact suppliers to verify shipment and service details.
4. Generate requisitions in the MTG system or client system depending on the project applications & needs.
5. Ensure suppliers are qualified and enable to performed work at the site level
6. Performed coordination of the supplier by contacting them.
7. Revise production schedules when required due to design changes, labor shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, marketing, sales, production, and engineering.
8. Strictly follow company's safety and cGMP policies and procedures.
9. Any other duties as required by Site Lead (or direct supervisor) to support normal client site operations.

1. Associate degree Engineering Technician
2. Technical College diploma with 5 years of experience required or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job
3. Experience executing tasks for reliability programs
