What You'll Be Doing:

This isn’t a desk job — we’re looking for a leader who’s out on the floor, working with the team, engaging guests, and making sure every shift runs like clockwork. You'll work closely with the GM and ownership team to keep things smooth, fun, and on point.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily FOH operations and guest service

  • Train and develop a strong, service-minded team

  • Oversee scheduling, payroll, and team performance

  • Be a visible leader on the floor — checking in with tables and supporting staff

  • Maintain quality standards for food, drinks, and service

  • Keep the vibe right — clean, safe, welcoming, and dialed-in

  • Help with inventory, P&L review, and cost control

  • Be a culture-builder and problem-solver

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in upscale casual or fine dining leadership

  • Hands-on management style — lead by example

  • Strong knowledge of service, guest relations, and hospitality

  • Experience with Toast POS is a plus

  • Wine/spirits knowledge is great — but we’re happy to train the right person

  • Able to coach, train, and build up a team

  • Comfortable with numbers — scheduling, payroll, inventory, and basic P&L

  • Most importantly: someone who loves this industry and knows how to make work fun
