The Loews Resort properties offer a wide array of dining and culinary experiences for our guests. We are actively interviewing to fill food and beverage management positions in our fine dining, social bars, and fast casual / grab and go.

We need people who can be flexible with scheduling weekends, days, and nights!

We are looking for people who are / have:

• Experienced Restaurant Manager with strong background in fine dining and premium service (minimum 4 to 5 years of experience)
• Must possess knowledge of wines, spirits, and upscale menu offerings
• Ideal candidate consistently exceeds high-level of guest expectations
• Demonstrates refined attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, elegant dining environment
• Strong leadership, by setting clear goals, providing guidance, and holding the team accountable
• Communicates effectively with all levels of staff, ensuring transparency and clarity in expectations
• Leads by example with professionalism, integrity, and positive attitude
• Holds a strong understanding of operational and financial performance indicators
• Manages time and resources efficiently to meet deadlines and organizational goals
• Experience in handling payroll
