As a Store Lead, you are part of the stores management team, responsible for leading associates, overseeing operational areas, and driving sales performance. With at least three years of retail leadership experience (and ideally one year in big-box leadership), you will play a critical role in building team capability, delivering a best-in-class customer experience, and ensuring the store is always ready for both customers and executives. In the absence of higher leadership, you are expected to seamlessly assume full operational and sales management responsibilities.
