SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY:
* * Provide direct school social work services to refer students who have social and emotional problems that interfere with learning.
* Provide individual and group therapeutic counseling to students and their families as well as crisis intervention.
* Screen, assess, diagnose, create treatment plans, and conduct therapeutic interventions with clients
* Maintain regular, ongoing contact with clients, caregivers, and physicians.
* Conduct reassessments and monitor clients' progress.
* Complete and submit timely paperwork and reports.
* Review and modify care plans as directed by the client/caregiver during the reassessment and obtain the client's signature of approval.
* Maintain regular, ongoing contact with clients, caregivers, physicians, and service providers listed on the service plan through home visits and phone calls.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
* Must be licensed in the state of Michigan (LPC, LMSW, LLMSW, LP, LLPC, LLP).
