* Mitigate legal risk by ensuring strict compliance with federal, state, and local requirements (EEO, FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, etc.); update the employee handbook and policies annually.

* Utilize HR metrics to analyze trends (turnover, engagement, time-to-hire) and propose data-driven solutions to management.

Skills & Competencies

* Ability to look beyond administrative tasks to see the "big picture" impact of HR on business ROI.

* Proven ability to guide an organization through periods of growth or restructuring.

* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.

* Expert-level mediation skills.

* Proficiency with modern HRIS, payroll systems, and talent management software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP).

Education and Experience

* Bachelors degree in HR or Business required; Masters degree (MBA or MA in HR) is a plus.

* Minimum of [5-10] years of progressive HR experience, with at least [3-5] years in a senior leadership role.

* Senior-level certification (SHRM-SCP or SPHR) is strongly preferred.

* Deep expertise in multi-state US labor laws and regulations is mandatory.

Annual Pay

* *Salary Range:* $120,000 to $180,000 per year + [Annual Performance Bonus].

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a premium benefits package designed to support our leaders:

* Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision (low deductible/high coverage options).

* Competitive 401(k) match and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (if applicable).

* Unlimited or Generous PTO, flexible working hours, and hybrid/remote work options.

* Paid parental leave and fertility/adoption assistance.

* Substantial budget for executive coaching, conferences, and memberships.
