About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer who is passionate about residential design and excels in managing projects from concept to installation. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role requires strong communication skills, creative problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead and collaborate on multiple residential projects with clients, designers, architects, and contractors.
· Develop and present design concepts, materials, finishes, and furnishings.
· Source and specify furniture, lighting, and finishes; design custom pieces as needed.
· Manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
· Oversee project development through all phases: Concept, Schematic, Design Development, Construction Administration, and Installation.
· Create and review visual presentations and documentation.
Qualifications
· Experience: 3–5 years in residential interior design (degree preferred but not required).
· Skills: Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD; hand sketching skills a plus.
· Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
· Familiarity with industry resources, materials, and furnishings.
