Job Title: Senior Operations Manager - Enterprise Valuation Location: CityScape What you'll do: As a Senior Manager Operations - Enterprise Evaluation, you'll oversee strategic and day-to-day operational functions within the Appraisal organization, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and regulatory standards. You'll drive operational excellence, managing cross-functional initiatives, and supporting risk, governance, and compliance frameworks. Our Senior Manager Operations - EV will bring strong leadership, process optimization expertise, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement. Oversee IT access, billing systems, and internal training to support consistent execution and adherence to policy. Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely engagement of stakeholders and completeness of documentation. Oversees remediation planning and follow-up to maintain audit readiness. Ensures compliance with enterprise risk policies and maintains accurate risk and control documentation. Identifies and addresses control gaps while supporting third-party risk and special projects. Manages policy updates and procedural reviews to ensure alignment with regulatory and internal standards. Develops KPIs and leads change management efforts to support continuous improvement. Lead and develop a team; responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, training and development. What you'll need: 7+ years of related experience. Previous leadership experience required. Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services. Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices. Advanced knowledge of MS Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio). Advanced experience mortgage software (Encompass). Advanced speaking and writing communication skills. Occasional travel required.
