Software Engineer (Senior/Staff)

$230k - $325k base + equity

Mountain View (onsite)

FutureTech Recruitment is partnered with a Series E-backed AI vehicle intelligence company based in Mountain View. They’re actively looking to bring on Senior/Staff level software engineers to work on solving difficult problems in the autonomy space.

Responsibilities:

• Build and enhance products, features, and tools across the full stack to support customers’ autonomy development workflows.
• Take ownership of technical and product decisions, ensuring high-impact solutions aligned with user needs.
• Identify, scope, and lead the implementation of complex engineering projects across teams.
• Shape technical strategy by balancing new feature development, scaling efforts, and technical debt management.
• Collaborate closely with users to gather feedback and continuously improve the product.

Requirements:

• 4 – 10+ years of experience shipping complex software (open to frontend, backend, fullstack, infra/cloud).
• Tech stack in any of: C++, Python, Typescript, Golang, ReactJS, GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Startup mindset, comfortable with things moving very quickly.
