Responsibilities

-Welcome and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.

-Take accurate food and drink orders, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
-Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.

-Anticipate guests needs and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
-Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings, glassware, and silverware.
-Process payments accurately and efficieintly.
-Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bussers, and other teammembers to ensure smooth service.
-Handle guest concerns and complaints with diplomacy and relay issues to management when necessary.
-Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
