USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.
HOW Shared Services Lead WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Manages and directs all USSTRATCOM managed Enterprise Services, coordinating with technical teams for user access and authentication;desktop and application support; database management; collaboration suites and messaging systems.
Design and delivers a shared services vision.
Ensures that there are suitable governance practices in place to protect the business.
Ensures legal and regulatory compliance.
Provides robust business continuity planning and management.
Provides improved capabilities that contribute to better business operations and outcomes.
Promotes lessons learned from across Enterprise Services. Maintains knowledge of emerging industry trends.
WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: BA/BS or equivalent
Required Experience: 5+ years of experience
Security Clearance Level: Top Secret required. Must be able to obtain SCI eligibility
Required Certifications: FITSP-O or GFACT or CASP+ or CCNP Security + or CCSP
Required Certification: Ability to Obtain ITIL 4 Foundation ITSM Certification within the first 9 months
Location: Offutt AFB, NE

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely salary range for this position is $148,750 - $201,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
