The Fay Group originated in 2008, is a full-scale real estate services company that offers mortgage servicing, property renovations, business purpose lending, insurance, and more to homeowners, investors, and clients nationwide. Reporting to the VP, Technology Delivery, this position designs, develops, implements, and maintains Quickbase applications to streamline processes, boost productivity and deliver meaningful data to stakeholders. This role translates business requirements into effective solutions by seamlessly integrating Quickbase with other systems, automating workflows, and safeguarding application data.

Additionally, this role builds and manages dashboards, reports, and user interfaces within Quickbase, applying best practices for data management. The position partners with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs, developing applications that enhance efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.

What you will do for Fay:

• Design and maintain custom Quickbase applications including dashboards, reports, forms, and workflow to meet business requirements
• Oversee user roles and access while ensuring data security and seamless integration with other systems
• Provide troubleshooting, training, and documentation to maximize application effectiveness
• Gather requirements and manage project planning, execution, and delivery in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Enhance application performance and usability by conducting thorough testing to ensure readiness for deployment
• Keep current with Quickbase features and recommend solutions for data management and security
• Develop domain knowledge of Fay’s business to include an understanding of organizational objectives
• Maintain broad influence through ongoing development of relationships across the organization
• Ensure compliance with Fay’s policies, processes, and practices
• Model Fay’s Values, Operating Principles, ethical standards, professionalism and code of conduct
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

What you will bring to Fay:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/GED
• Certified Quickbase Developer or equivalent certification preferred
• 3+ years application development experience on the Quickbase platform with expertise in Quickbase formulas, relationships and pipelines
• Proficient in API and web service integration with a solid understanding of database management and SQL
• Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, Jinja and Python preferred
• Experience in the financial services or mortgage industry preferred
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities and propose solutions
