Role Description

We are seeking a Software Engineer Intern (Full Stack — GoLang Focus) to join us on-site in Austin, TX. As an intern, you will work closely with our engineering team on real-world projects spanning backend and frontend development. You will build scalable web applications and services, contribute to our core product stack, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

This is a full-time internship role designed for candidates looking to deepen their experience in full stack development with a focus on backend systems in GoLang.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using GoLang
• Contribute to front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js)
• Work across the full stack to deliver high-quality features end-to-end
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to iterate on product features
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• Hands-on experience with GoLang for backend development
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or similar)
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, OOP)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus)
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL)
