We’re seeking an experienced Spa Director to lead a thriving, high-performance wellness spa. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Membership Growth

  • Champion membership and series package growth through personalized client recommendations and strategic sales coaching.

  • Transform the front desk into a revenue-driving hub by training staff on product knowledge, upgrades, and retail opportunities.

  • Analyze KPIs and sales metrics weekly to optimize performance in membership conversion, retention, and front desk sales.

  • Plan and lead community engagement events, spa open houses, and off-site activations to attract new clients and boost visibility.

  • Leverage client data and POS tools to identify upsell opportunities and enhance service conversion rates.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Conduct daily coaching with service providers to boost revenue per service hour, client retention, and professional growth.

  • Hold staff accountable to performance goals while fostering a supportive, development-focused environment.

  • Manage quarterly rate increases, ensuring top performers are recognized and rewarded.

  • Recruit, hire, and mentor a talented team of therapists, estheticians, stretch practitioners, and support staff.

  • Lead dynamic monthly meetings and trainings on sales strategies, service excellence, and professional development.

  • Promote a culture rooted in achievement, collaboration, and exceptional client care.

Operations & Guest Experience

  • Oversee daily spa operations including massage, skincare, stretching, spa attendants, and front desk management.

  • Align staff scheduling with business demand to maximize efficiency and revenue potential.

  • Conduct daily spa walkthroughs to maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and brand standards.

  • Resolve client concerns swiftly, manage online reviews (Google/Yelp), and uphold a consistent five-star experience.

Administrative & Financial Management

  • Process biweekly payroll and track performance bonuses, commission structures, and incentive payouts.

  • Manage inventory and cost control using proactive ordering and usage tracking methods.

  • Provide accurate and timely reports on staffing, sales performance, operational metrics, and team productivity.

  • Ensure compliance with state board regulations and company policies related to hygiene, conduct, and safety.

  • Oversee time-off requests, schedule changes, and conflict resolution with fairness and operational alignment.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a spa, wellness, or high-volume service industry.
  • Proven success in achieving and surpassing sales, membership, and retail targets.
  • Strong coaching, supervisory, and team-building capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Results-driven leader with a passion for developing people and business potential.
  • Experience with POS and scheduling systems is a plus.

Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
