We are seeking a motivated, polished, and experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship location. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion and retail, excels in leadership, and thrives in a luxury customer-focused environment. You’ll manage daily store operations, build an outstanding team, and deliver an elevated shopping experience that reflects the Snow Bunny brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of day-to-day store operations
• Hire, train, and manage retail staff
• Maintain exceptional customer service and ensure a personalized experience for every shopper
• Sales training - knows how to sell and can motivate and teach sales techniques to staff
• Analyze and improve product placement
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocks
• Handle merchandising, store presentation, and visual standards
• Execute promotional and marketing initiatives in-store
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to drive revenue
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and reporting
• Uphold boutique cleanliness and organization
• Serve as the brand ambassador for Snow Bunny in Vail
