This is a full-time on-site role for a Tax Manager located in Irvine, CA. The Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing tax planning, compliance, and preparation for both individuals and businesses. The role includes managing tax strategies, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and preparing tax documents and filings. Additional duties involve conducting thorough tax research and providing guidance on tax-related matters.

• Proficiency in Tax Planning, Tax Compliance, and Tax Preparation
• Strong understanding of Tax Law and Tax regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification is strongly preferred
• Experience in the financial advisory or accounting industry is a plus
