Job Description
Kinol Sharie Leyh & Associates, a successful, growing accounting and tax preparation firm based in Allison Park is looking for an experienced seasonal tax preparer for the months of January through April. All applicants must be available from January through April.
This position will handle tax preparation services for individuals.
Competitive pay and a flexible work schedule are both included with this position.
Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare individual tax returns, including all IRS schedules. Corporate, partnership and trust experience a plus. Understand and properly apply tax code, rules, and regulations. Communicate with clients to obtain necessary information and the ability to provide the client with an explanation of the tax return outcome.
Skills and Abilities: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and deadline-oriented focus are necessary. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are required for this position. Strong computer skills (MS Office, Outlook etc.), an aptitude to learning new applications and the ability to work independently are also required to successfully fill this position.
Previous experience with CCH Prosystem fx tax software experience is a plus but not required.
