Joyce Windows, Sunrooms, and Baths is looking for a Call Center Appointment Setter Supervisor to manage, mentor, and inspire our outbound calling team. Our Appointment Setters handle warm and hot leads only — no cold calling! Your job is to keep the team focused, motivated, and hitting their numbers every day.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of outbound Appointment Setters to achieve daily and weekly goals
• Oversee day-to-day call center operations to keep schedules, scripts, and performance on track
• Provide ongoing training and uptraining to improve conversion rates and team effectiveness
• Monitor KPIs, calls, and appointment metrics to drive consistent performance
• Resolve escalated homeowner concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Work closely with management to set strategies and hit department goals
• Generate performance reports and find opportunities to improve results

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Previous supervisor or team lead experience in a call center, telemarketing, or appointment setting role
• Strong leadership and coaching skills — able to motivate and hold people accountable
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, scripts, and performance metrics
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• High School Diploma or GED required, additional education a plus
