Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking an operations admin specialist for our client in the Savannah, GA area!

  • Temp to Hire Opportunity
  • Fully onsite in Savannah, GA
  • Pay ranges $20-$23 BOE
  • Bilingual Korean highly preferred

Responsibility & Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for meticulous management of invoices, including preparation of AR invoices and processing supplier invoices, alongside compiling essential documentation for customer vendor lists.
  • Facilitate seamless delivery operations by generating Bills of Lading (BOL) and coordinating delivery schedules, while overseeing general affairs encompassing office administration, director schedule management, procurement, and maintenance.
  • Provide invaluable support for HR functions, troubleshoot office appliances, and assist in logistical coordination for forklift deliveries, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Proficiently generate Bills of Lading (BOL) and meticulously review delivery schedules to ensure seamless and trouble-free delivery operations.
  • Continuously update delivery schedules and meticulously review forthcoming delivery plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational efficiency
  • Undertake comprehensive office administration duties, including but not limited to managing the Director's schedule with meticulous attention to detail and organizational priorities.
  • Efficiently oversee office environments, encompassing procurement and management of office supplies, devices, equipment, and assets, as well as maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the workspace.
  • Manage administrative expenses monthly or as directed, maintaining precise records and adhering to budgetary guidelines
  • Effectively manage and organize invoices related to delivered forklifts, maintaining meticulous records and facilitating streamlined accounting processes.

Job Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Exceptional aptitude in communication, negotiation, and problem resolution.
  • 3-5 years of office administrator experience required
  • Must have intermediate experience with MS Excel- Pivot Tables, Basic Formula generation, and V LookUps
  • Comprehensive understanding of logistics operations, staying abreast of industry dynamics and adopting best practice alongside adeptness in data analytics.
  • Capacity to excel within dynamic environments, adept at adjusting to evolving business requirements.
  • Proven capability in technical writing, proficient in both Korean and English highly preferred but not required
