Springboard Wine & Spirits Company is on the lookout for a stellar salesperson to champion our products in the East Bay, Northern California.
If you're a dynamic, self-motivated sales professional with a passion joy for wine and spirits, we want you on our team. We value professionalism, drive, and a solid background in the wine and spirits industry.
While wholesale wine sales experience is a significant plus, it's not mandatory. What matters most is your hunger for success, your understanding of the market, and your passion for the product. Bonus points if you already have a network of contacts within the territory.

Title: Fine Wine and Spirits Sales Representative

Type: Full Time
Compensation:
Based on experience: $55k - $90k+ (commission-based)
Responsibilities:
Managing accounts in the restaurant and retail sectors
Strategically expanding the account base
Delivering compelling product presentations
Processing orders and providing follow-up support
Conducting staff training sessions
Collaborating with suppliers
Qualifications:
Exceptional sales abilities
Professional demeanor and appearance
Passion for selling wine and supporting small wineries and distilleries
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented mindset
Preferred: Experience in wine sales and familiarity with industry contacts and buyers
Valid driver's license
Strong knowledge of the East Bay area wine and food community, as well as residency within the territory, is strongly preferred.
