Job Details:

\n

• Work four 10-hour shifts per week
\n• Entry-level position working under immediate to general supervision of a mentor/preceptor
\n• Provide specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic technology services to adult and/or pediatric patient populations
\n• Prepare patients for procedures and correlate clinical history with physician-ordered procedures
\n• Utilize specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic equipment to perform diagnostic, interventional, and/or surgical procedures
\n• Conduct post-procedure reviews to ensure completion and documentation meet established protocols
\n• Transfer images and data to archival systems and prepare studies for physician reporting
\n• Perform operator-level quality control checks, cleaning, and equipment maintenance per manufacturer guidelines
\n• Work in various care settings including acute inpatient facilities, outpatient physician practices, diagnostic centers, and remote clinics
\n• Associate's degree required from CAAHEP accredited cardiovascular program, JRCERT accredited radiologic technology program, or completion of Paramedic training
\n• AHA BLS certification required
\n• Must meet ARRT Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV) eligibility requirements within 12 months of hire OR complete Paramedic training within 12 months
\n• Ability to work as part of a team, multi-task, and remain calm in stressful situations
\n• Must demonstrate sensitivity to patients' physical and psychological needs
\n• Knowledge of normal and abnormal anatomy, physiology, and cardiovascular/radiologic technologies required
