This is a 13-week contract position.

\n\nSchedule\n

Shifts are available from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and night shifts may also be scheduled. Travelers are encouraged to remain flexible with their availability.

\n\nJob Description\n

The Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) will work in a dynamic environment, assisting in various interventional radiology procedures and providing pre, intra, and post-operative care for patients. The RN will utilize their expertise in patient management, IV insertions, and coordination of care alongside physicians and mid-level providers.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Conduct assessments and charting using the Radiology Flowsheet.
\n
• Manage patient care throughout all phases of procedures.
\n
• Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient care plans.
\n
• Perform IV insertions and CT preparations for scheduled patients.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Interventional Radiology (IR).
\n
• Must possess current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; pediatric experience is not necessary.
\n
• Proficient in IV starts, with critical care experience being a bonus.
\n
