• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week\n
• Shift: 12-hour rotating day/night shifts; every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent OB/L&D nursing experience (including Postpartum and Pediatrics)\n
• Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license\n
• BLS (American Heart Association) certification\n
• ACLS (American Heart Association) certification\n
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification\n
• EPIC EMR experience preferred; other EMR experience considered\n
• Ability to float to Telemetry and Medical-Surgical units as needed\n

\n\nHealthcare Job Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive care to laboring mothers, postpartum patients, newborns, pediatric, GYN, and Med-Surg overflow patients\n
• Float to Telemetry and Med-Surg units as required\n
• Operate healthcare equipment including EPIC One Chart, Acudose, Philips Vitals Machines, Bladder Scanner, Medula Breast Pumps, Responder 5 Call light system, and Medfusion Pumps\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team: ward clerks, CNAs, charge nurses, resource nurses, and LPN scrub nurses\n
• Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:3 mom/baby couplets, 1:5 GYN/Med-Surg, 1:3-4 pediatrics\n
• Participate in unit-specific training and orientation for travel nurses\n
