📆 Schedule Breakdown

• Week 1: 7 consecutive 10-hour night shifts , Wednesday through Tuesday
• Week 2: Entire week off
• Alternates every 2 weeks with another 70-hour week

🏥 Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Pharmacist for a long-term travel assignment . This role involves overseeing comprehensive inpatient pharmaceutical care with a strong focus on medication safety, accuracy, and clinical judgment.

🧪 Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and fill medication and IV orders with accuracy
• Evaluate medication appropriateness (drug, dose, interactions, allergies, and incompatibilities)
• Monitor therapeutic drug levels and ensure proper dosage adjustments
• Supervise medication dispensing and patient counseling
• Ensure accurate patient data entry in pharmacy systems
• Participate in quality improvement and data analysis projects
• Provide in-services to internal teams or community groups
• Support alternative shifts if needed

📋 Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy Program
• Licensure: Active Wisconsin Registered Pharmacist License
• Strong clinical acumen and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and supervision skills
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
