\nRN - Med Surg
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
\n• 3 shifts per week schedule with weekdays and some weekends
\n• Patient ratio of 4:1 during all shifts
\n• Float to ER, ICU, and LDRP as needed
\n• Care for medical surgical, orthopedic, and general surgery patients
\n• Provide post-operative care for joint replacement patients and general medical patients
\n• Care for patients of all age groups including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
\n• Required certifications: BCLS (ACLS preferred)
\n• Kansas state license or compact license required
\n• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
\n• TruBridge (formerly CPSI) EMR experience required
\n• Skills required: IV starts, telemetry, charge experience preferred
\n• Experience with orthopedic procedures (total hips and knees) and rural health preferred
\n• Must be comfortable with blood product administration, central line blood draws, PICC line management, wound care, and isolation precautions
\n• First time travelers and local candidates accepted
\n• One reference required for submission
\n• Average 1 hour of non-billable modules completed pre-start

The facility features 23 beds across 20 rooms with an average daily census of 12 patients.
