We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Typist – Data Entry professional to type, enter, and update information into our systems with accuracy and consistency. This is an easy, beginner-friendly role that involves typing documents, transferring information from one format to another, and ensuring data is correctly recorded. The position is fully remote and offers flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Type and format documents, reports, and digital files
  

• Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, or online platforms
  

• Convert handwritten or scanned documents into digital text
  

• Review and verify typed information for accuracy
  

• Update existing records when needed
  

• Follow simple guidelines and templates for typing tasks
  

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  

• Communicate with supervisors about task progress
  

• Meet daily or weekly typing and data entry targets
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
  

• Good typing speed with strong accuracy
  

• Basic computer skills (email, file management, online tools)
  

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  

• Reliable internet connection and a computer
