Job Overview
This role reports to the MD, Business Management, Strategy & Surveillance, and involves representing the Global Head of Electronic Trading. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, supporting business strategy execution, and leading strategic initiatives with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily business operations and coordinate projects to meet immediate and strategic needs.
- Act as the main contact for business strategy, consolidating desk needs into clear priorities.
- Lead performance planning and revenue projections for the electronic trading desk.
- Oversee financial management, including project funding and expense tracking.
- Develop scalable workflows and assess impacts of regulatory changes.
- Provide insights for senior management and represent the team in industry forums.
Skills & Experience
- Deep knowledge of electronic trading, infrastructure, governance, and product lifecycle.
- Proactive leadership style, excellent communication, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and experience in complex organizational projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of related experience.
- Proficiency in project management, leadership, and Microsoft Office.
