Job Overview

This role reports to the MD, Business Management, Strategy & Surveillance, and involves representing the Global Head of Electronic Trading. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, supporting business strategy execution, and leading strategic initiatives with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily business operations and coordinate projects to meet immediate and strategic needs.
• Act as the main contact for business strategy, consolidating desk needs into clear priorities.
• Lead performance planning and revenue projections for the electronic trading desk.
• Oversee financial management, including project funding and expense tracking.
• Develop scalable workflows and assess impacts of regulatory changes.
• Provide insights for senior management and represent the team in industry forums.

Skills & Experience

• Deep knowledge of electronic trading, infrastructure, governance, and product lifecycle.
• Proactive leadership style, excellent communication, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience in complex organizational projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency in project management, leadership, and Microsoft Office.
