Base pay range

$82,000.00/yr - $168,300.00/yr

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self-motivated Workday Functional Senior Consultant (Core & Compensation) to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.

About the Role

Delivers advanced configuration and optimization of Workday Core HCM and Compensation modules. Acts as a subject matter expert across HR and Finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Configure Core HCM and Compensation modules including business processes and eligibility rules.
• Lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Support annual compensation cycles and data audits.
• Coached junior consultants on compensation configuration, resulting in improved delivery quality and reduced rework.
• Led a cross-functional team during a compensation cycle redesign for a Fortune 500 client.
• Worked with HR teams to align compensation structures with talent strategies.
• Collaborated with Finance for budget planning and payroll alignment.
• Improved configuration accuracy by 35% through peer reviews.
• Reduced rework cycles by 25% across 2 project phases.

A candidates pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
