Position Overview
The Assistant Manager will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the tavern, ensuring top-notch customer service and smooth operations. This role involves managing a dedicated team, handling guest relations, and ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently. With a strong emphasis on growth, many of our managers have been with us for years, starting in entry-level roles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and motivate a team, providing training and support.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any guest issues.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling.
• Assist with financial management, including budgets and labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management is a plus.

Compensation :

• Starting compensation range (based one experience): $55,000 - $58,000 per year
• 50–55-hour work week
• Paid weekly
• Paid hourly
