Company Drivers Offerings &Benefits : 

• OTR drivers (2,500 Miles & above per week)
  • Starting pay is $0.65 cpm
• Regional drivers (1,500 - 2,000 Miles per week)
  • Starting pay is $0.60 cpm for Springfield
  • Starting pay is $0.62 cpm for Neosho
• Delay & breakdown pay at $22/hour 
• Weekly pay
• Assigned trucks, take trucks home with you

• Yearly Avg. Pay $72K-$95K*

Owner Operators Offerings & Benefits:

• Weekly Avg. Pay $6K+ (depending on time in the truck)
• Owner Operators can be hired for Regional or OTR work
• 72% of linehaul - 100% Fuel surcharge
• 72% of Demerge, it will be paid after 2 hours
• We pay for tags and License for the truck $35/Week
• Weekly pay
• Must meet OO criteria in terms of equipment we will provide the wet kit for unloading our trailers

Requirements:

• CDL-A   
• 12 months recent and verifiable tractor/trailer experience 
• Ability to obtain required tank endorsements  
• Owner Operators must have a truck that is 10 years or newer (NO exceptions), no taller than 13ft. 6in, with the weight requirement: 20,000 pound max
