As a delivery driver, the candidate will be responsible to deliver and pick up laundry orders in a safe and timely manner. Each route and delivery day is unique. We service customers within Queens, and Brooklyn. The candidate must have general knowledge on how to navigate through the mentioned boroughs. We are passionate about providing our customers with superior service. As the delivery driver, the candidate will be Sudz & Bubblez face to the customers and expected to provide the highest level of care and customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate delivery van in a safe and efficient manner, transporting laundry to/from our customers and our facility
• Load and unload the van for the shift
• Manage route and delivery schedule with limited supervision
• Other duties as assigned
• Efficiently and accurately enter information into laundry system
• Documentation of vehicle mileage
• Perform basic inspection of vehicle pre and post trip
• Observe all DOT traffic regulations

Working Conditions:

• Work in all weather conditions (as deemed safe)
• Climb in and out of van
• Able to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, and twist for up to 10 hours
• Able to push, pull and lift up to 50lbs (unassisted)
• Must be available for shift work – includes 2 shift 12pm to 4pm and 6pm to 10pm each day

Schedule Hours:

• Shift 8- hours daily Except Wednesday's
• Runs until daily workload completion
• Schedules will fluctuate based on need

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Prior experience driving similar commercial vehicle in tri-state area
• Clean driving record
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must maintain good attendance

Job Types: Full-time,

Salary: $18 Per Hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour per day
• 4 hour shift
• Sunday to Saturday
• Off on Wednesday's
