Job Description
We are seeking an Entry Level Associate Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.
Who We Are: Small (3 Attorneys) but busy general practice firm located in Elizabeth, Colorado. Our firm has grown every year for the past nine years and we continue to grow. We are seeking an entry level associate attorney with 0-2 years recent experience. An ideal candidate is someone who wants to be a hands-on lawyer in a general practice firm servicing the local community and beyond. If you are looking for the big-firm experience where you have to wear a suit every day, then this is not the job for you. However, we do wear suits to court. :-)
Casual Environment: We offer a jeans (shorts in summertime) and tennis shoes type environment which puts our clients at ease. We offer an open-office collaborative environment (no closed offices) that requires a good personality, some tolerance for distractions, and someone who is able to work well within a team and accept and offer direction. We do not adhere to a lot of the old uptight and stuffy legal industry traditions and standards. We are a closeknit group looking to add another family member.
Work from home is not an option: We do not permit our staff to work from home. If you are seeking a work-from-home assignment, please do not apply.
