Qualifications Job Requirements and Qualifications: Attorneys licensed to practice in Texas with 2+ years of litigation experience Complex commercial litigation experience required Demonstrated academic and professional excellence Experience on law review, journals, and/or moot court preferred Bar admission in Florida, Delaware, and Minnesota a plus Strong writing and oral advocacy skills Compensation The anticipated base salary for this position is $300,000+ .
