Job Announcement: Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
Mfinite Consulting is seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide full-time leadership and oversight at a long-term care facility in Maryland. This role requires a strong background in healthcare administration, compliance management, and organizational leadership to ensure the highest quality of care and regulatory compliance.
Provide direction and guidance to staff on compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards (CMS, COMAR, The Joint Commission).
Oversee and enforce all provisions of the Patients Bill of Rights Regulations.
Review and approve policies, procedures, and operational plans to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
Deliver administrative oversight and quality assurance in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
Participate in committees and other meetings to provide leadership in regulatory and compliance matters.
Document and report all required services and hours in compliance with contract requirements.
Current Maryland license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator (must be maintained and displayed).
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a facility with at least 35 beds.
Strong knowledge of COMAR, CMS, OHCQ, and Joint Commission standards.
Ability to pass a background check and medical examination prior to assignment.
Proof of immunizations and compliance with infection control requirements (TB, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Influenza, Hepatitis B; COVID-19 strongly encouraged).
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Services provided Sunday through Saturday, including holidays between 7:00 a.m. 8:00 p.m. EST, with occasional rotating weekends.
Initial contract with potential for extension or conversion to a permanent hire.
All scheduled work hours to be approved in advance.
