Position Summary As part of Sams Clubs Product team, youll own and evolve our Media & Advertising Platform (MAP), streamlining ad operationsfrom billing and media planning to inclub advertising execution. Youll design bestinclass workflows that serve our internal teams and advertisers, ensuring efficient operations and shopperfocused ad experiences.

What youll do

• Own the product lifecycle: Lead requirement gathering, standards, development, QA, testing, KPI monitoring, and launch strategy.
• Drive operational workflows: Shape billing processes, media planning tools, inclub ad placements, and campaign administration features.
• Partner crossfunctionally: Collaborate with Ads Operations, Sales, Merchandising, Finance, Engineering, and Data teams to align priorities and deliver endtoend solutions.
• Be datadriven: Use metrics and user feedback to refine workflows, measure impact, and iterate.
• Conduct industry and competitive reviews: Keep pace with Retail Media, MarTech/AdTech trends to inform roadmap direction.
• Engage stakeholders: Clearly communicate roadmaps and product goals to stakeholders, securing buyin from leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7 years experience in product management, preferably with 3 years in advertising or retail media (ad operations & campaign lifecycle) and 2 years in technical product management.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to define requirements, prioritize technical tradeoffs, and set deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence across teams.
• Agile, testandlearn mindsetcomfortable with iterative improvements and experimentation.
• Passion for solving complex operational challenges in a fastmoving retail environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous exposure to AdTech/MarTech platforms such as DSPs & SSPs, OMS, etc.
• MBA or advanced degreea plus but not required.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00$234,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumerfacing, largescale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
