We’re looking for a motivated Showing Agent to support a top-producing team and gain valuable, hands-on experience in the field. In this role, you’ll assist with showings, support buyer activity, and get exposure to real-world transactions in a fast-moving, collaborative setting. Responsibilities Lead follow-up Close appointments Set appointments CRM and database drip campaigns Ongoing training Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth Qualifications Great communication Commission opportunity Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Professional in attitude and appearance Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car Compensation $70,000 - $175,000 at plan About KW Larchmont KW Larchmont is Los Angeles' most collaborative office.
