Responsibilities:

- Monitor and moderate all social media channels for our clients, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

- Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner

- Identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns to the appropriate team members

- Create and implement strategies to increase engagement and followers on social media platforms

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for social media management

- Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media channels

- Generate reports on social media performance and provide insights to the team

- Assist in the creation and execution of social media campaigns and promotions

- Monitor and track social media analytics to measure the success of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficient in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social

- Knowledge of social media advertising and analytics is a plus

- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the digital marketing industry
