About the Job

Hello, guys!

We are hiring Sprinters / Cargo Van owner-operators for our company VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER. We work within an independent contract agreement and offer very competitive rates. You can always negotiate the rate with our dispatchers as well.

A large number of loads. Each of our dispatchers has 4+ years of experience - thus more than enough broker contacts.

Competitive rates:

Sprinters (long miles, good areas): $1.05 - $1.35 per mile, (long miles, bad areas): $0.90 - $1.10 per mile. Canada - Sprinters $1.25 - $1.55 per mile.
Personalized loads. We ask you in details what kinds of loads you prefer and only offer you loads you will be interested in - this way saving a lot of time for you
Payment: 3-5 business days, quick pay 3%
Days range: Monday-Friday

Basic Requirements:

You should have your own vehicle (Sprinter / Cargo Van).
Be: a US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization holder.
You and your drivers should be at least 21 years of age.
You and your drivers should speak, understand, and read basic English. We also hire Russian speakers.
All drivers should be approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER to accept a load from the company.
VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER does not hire company drivers. You are submitting the application to execute a written independent contractor agreement as an owner-operator.

Vehicle Requirements:

Sprinter should not be older than 2016.
All vehicles should have a minimum of 4 straps and PPE.
All decals should be removed.
If you make any changes to your vehicle, you should inform us before putting the vehicle on the road. You must also send registration and insurance for the vehicle.
Driving experience of 6 months.
Minimum average monthly salary: $8,000 and more (It depends on the vehicle, willingness to work, payload, Hazmat certificate, TSA/TWIC).
