Certified Nursing Assistant
Assignment for 16-32 weeks
Start Date: 9/29/25
End Date: 1/18/26
CNA for Woodbridge Rehab. & Nursing, 142 Woodbridge Drive, Berlin, VT

Position requires every other weekend. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day. Requirements: • Floating required • BLS through AHA required • A minimum of 2 years' experience required • Prior travel required • LTC experience required • Travelers must be willing to float to other units as needed • All units have dementia patients, so travelers must be comfortable working with this population Additional Information: • IVS to OFFER • Monday to Sunday • No block schedules for any reason • Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 10/13 • Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained • This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: • Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended • Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April • A few new travelers have attempted to change their scheduled hours. It is essential for travelers to read their contracts and understand the importance of working their assigned hours • Travelers must communicate any preplanned time off upfront, as they will not honor requests for time off once the assignment begins
