We are seeking experienced  Registered Nurses (RNs)for a  per-diem, day shift opportunity at a hospital in  Toledo, OH . This role is ideal for RNs looking for flexibility while providing top-quality patient care in an acute care environment.

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Assist with discharge planning to ensure smooth patient transitions
  
• Maintain a safe and positive work environment
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Active  RN license in Ohio
  
• BLS
  
• Experience in an acute care or hospital setting preferred
  
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  
• Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care
