As a Wegmans Culinary Team Member, you prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold foods while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You engage with customers to educate them on quality ingredients and help assemble and package meals. This role emphasizes teamwork, food safety, and supporting sales through proper product handling and merchandising.
