The Opportunity Grace Church is seeking a visionary and collaborative Worship Experience Director to lead people into transformative encounters with God through worship. This high-impact role is for a strategic leader with creative instincts, musical excellence, and a heart for discipling teams. You'll champion the full Sunday experience-leading worship, developing volunteers, and curating environments that reflect the power and beauty of God's presence. What You'll Do

• Lead the Worship Culture : Provide spiritual and musical leadership to worship teams, rooted in Scripture and fueled by passion for God's presence.
• Oversee the Worship Experience : Collaborate with tech, production, and creative teams to design and execute services that are seamless, engaging, and Christ-centered.
• Develop and Disciple Teams : Recruit, equip, and pastor volunteer teams, mobilizing individuals to use their gifts for God's Kingdom.
• Shape the Vision : Dream with church leadership and implement fresh expressions of worship that reflect our mission and values.
