Think Tell Junction We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Entry Level Event Staff. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about organizing and managing events. As part of our dynamic team, you will be at the forefront of coordinating various events, providing support, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging furniture and decorations.
• Provide excellent customer service to event guests and clients before, during, and after events.
• Help manage registration and check-in processes.
• Support event coordinators with logistical planning and execution.
• Ensure that all event materials are organized and available as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders throughout the event.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or event management is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical capability to lift and move equipment and materials as needed.
• Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
